MOUNTING FRAME: Applicable for New Construction installation only. Available in IC and Non-IC solutions. Includes tool-less adjustable bar hangers suitable for 12” - 24” joist spacing and T-bar ceilings. See page 3 for more details.

HOUSING: Die-cast aluminum with black powder coating finish. Includes heatsink and driver compartment. Includes attached junction box (Remodel and New Construction Non-IC application only). Mounting clips are adjusted by tightening retaining spring screws from below ceiling to secure housing in place.

JUNCTION BOX: Installed on mounting frame (New Construction IC application). Attached to housing (New Construction Non-IC application, Remodel application).

CEILING THICKNESS:1/2” to 1”.

CEILING CUTOUT: 2-7/8”.

NEW CONSTRUCTION: IC

Galvanized steel mounting frame includes tool-less adjustable bar hangers suitable for 12” - 24” joist spacing and T-bar ceiling installations. Tabs in bar hangers have pre-installed nails and cutouts to fix and fasten frame into ceiling. Holding hooks for bar hangers are located in all frame sides to allow 90° reposition of bar hangers if necessary. Includes box enclosure made of galvanized steel. Junction box is designed with (6) 1/2” pry-out knockouts
to allow straight conduit runs. Tension spring allows snap-in installation of plate cover for easy access to wiring. Can be installed in ceilings with up to 1” thickness. Approved for #12 AWG 90°C through wiring conductors.

NEW CONSTRUCTION: NON-IC

Mounting frame is designed for new construction Non-IC installations. Includes tool-less adjustable bar hangers suitable for 12” - 24” joist spacing and T-bar ceiling installations. Tabs in bar hangers have pre-installed nails and cutouts to fix and fasten frame into ceiling. Holding hooks for bar hangers are located in all frame sides to
allow 90° reposition of bar hangers if necessary. Made of galvanized steel. Housing is easily installed from below ceiling and kept in place by means of mounting clips and retaining spring screws. Junction box is attached to housing and designed with (4)
1/2” pry-out knockouts and snap-in tension spring for easy access to wiring. Can be installed in ceilings with up to 1” thickness. Approved for #12 AWG 90°C through wiring conductors.
